He's originally from Rockford, Illinois, is actively involved with Student Assembly and works at The Tatkon Writing Center outside of Dems. Saad is a Senior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Government. He is interested in American politics and international relations, specifically combatting economic inequality and the impact of wealth disparity on our society. He is a native of Baltimore, MD. On campus, apart from Dems, he is also involved in the Cornell International Affairs Society. Saad enjoys cooking, reading history books and political biographies. Matthew Kiviat is a Junior from Maryland studying government and minoring in history in the College of Arts and Sciences. Apart from serving as the current treasurer of Cornell Democrats, Matthew serves as a News Editor for The Cornell Daily Sun, the finance director of the Residential Student Congress, and is involved with Big Red Ambassadors. In his free time, Matthew loves running, taking pictures, and exploring nature!

Jorge is a Senior at Cornell University, pursuing a degree in Government with an interest in International Relations. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Jorge is actively involved with Cornell Policy Group as a Foreign Affairs Analyst, concentrating on issues relating to economic development initiatives in Latin America. Besides politics, Jorge enjoys reading history books, photography, playing drums, guitar, and flute, and taking long walks around New York City. Ella is a Sophomore at Cornell University, pursuing a degree in government and history with interests in legal justice and equity. Originally from Central Massachusetts, Ella is actively involved with Prisoner Express, Governor Healey’s Youth Advisory Council, and served as a delegate to the 2024 Democratic National Convention. Nash is a Junior at Cornell University, pursuing a B.S. in Public Policy with plans to attend law school one day. Originally from Las Vegas, NV, she is interested in constitutional law, entertainment law, civil rights advocacy, and government relations. Outside of Dems, Nash is actively involved with the Cornell University Parole Initiative, is a Research Fellow for the Center on Global Democracy, and is a member of the Pre-Law Fraternity Phi Alpha Delta.
